Conversations
In gaining greater self-awareness and using introspection you can be totally honest with yourself and deal with life coming from objective reality. Your present circumstances are primarily the result of your beliefs which created behavior resulting in the results that you have achieved at present. When you change beliefs causing a change in your behavior that will create different results.
Stop, Breath, Center, Observe
When you are having a crisis: Stop!
Don’t act or react.
Breath.
Center.
Observe:

Have I felt this way before?
What does this situation remind me of?
How was I feeling right before the event?
(I was tired, I was happy, I was already
upset, I was not paying attention.)
